红色通缉令 (Red Notice)

红色通缉令是国际刑警组织级别最高的通缉令。红色通缉令由经办国国际刑警中心局局长和国际刑警组织总秘书处秘书长共同签发，各国中心局据此可以对犯罪嫌疑人实施拘捕。各国警方在接到红色通缉令以后，可以对犯罪嫌疑人进行临时拘捕和引渡。( A red notice is the highest level order for arrest of the international criminal police organization. The red notice is usually jointly released by director of Interpol Center Office of the organizing country and secretary-general of general secretariat of the international criminal police organization. Central bureaus of all member countries can implement the arrest of suspects according to the red notice. After receiving the red notice, temporary arrest and extradition of suspects can be carried out by member countries. )
